Fees

Each client related service provided by your Speech Pathologist, as outlined below, will be charged at an hourly rate = $193.99 (per 60 minutes).

Initial Consultation:

· Case History

· Informal Observation

· Goal Setting

· Service Agreement (if required)

· Funding body documentation (if required)

Formal Assessment / Observation:

· Administration

· Scoring

· Analysis

· Interpretation

· Feedback

Therapy Appointments (includes device trials):

· 5 minutes preparation time for the therapist.

· 45 minutes face-to-face with the therapist either in person or over telehealth.

· 10 minutes of appointment specific administration time, any follow up required and planning for the next session. This will be discussed during each appointment.

Clinical Administration:

· Report writing

· Treatment planning

· Resource acquisition and/or development

· Research

· Delivering training

· Liaison / Follow-up with Stakeholders (i.e., family, other service providers, school/work, support workers, etc) via phone, email or face-to-face.

· Assistive Technology request documentation completion, follow up and purchase.

· Any other client related activity that is not outlined above.

Therapist Travel:

· $48.50 per 15 minutes travelled.
